Scope
This Return and Refund Policy governs all transactions and purchases conducted via the Everstride platform.
60-Day Fit Guarantee
While we make every effort to ensure precise sizing, we understand that sometimes a product might not fit perfectly. To give you peace of mind, we provide a 60-Day Fit Guarantee.
You can try on and wash our products. If you are not completely content with how they fit within 60 days of delivery, simply send us an email with your order details and the alternative size you require. We will dispatch the replacement size completely free of charge — there is no requirement to ship the original item back to us.
Return Eligibility
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind choices. Items can only be returned under the following specific conditions:
- The merchandise arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the package.
- The product remains unused, unattered, and in its original packaging with all components included.
- For health and hygiene reasons, items such as socks must be entirely unworn, unwashed, and unopened.
Return Process
To begin a return request, please contact our support team at supporteverstride@gmail.com providing:
- Your specific order number
- A brief summary of the problem
- Clear photographs showing the defective or wrong items
- Your full name along with the shipping address
Our team will evaluate your case and send over detailed instructions, including an official return label if applicable.
Please do not ship packages back without prior confirmation. Shipments sent without our explicit authorization will be rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will fully cover the return freight costs and arrange a complete refund or a free replacement.
- All other authorized returns: The buyer is fully responsible for covering all return shipping fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
We provide both product exchanges and monetary refunds, subject to item availability.
- Refund Method: All reimbursements are processed directly back to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Refund Timeline: After receiving and evaluating your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days and notify you via email.
- Shipping Refund: If the issue was caused by our mistake, we will reimburse both the product price and the initial delivery charges.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only prior to being dispatched from our facility. Once an order is handed over to the courier, cancellation is no longer feasible — you will need to follow the standard return process if eligible.
Exceptions
The following categories are strictly excluded from returns:
- Socks that have been worn or washed
- Hygiene-sensitive merchandise that has been unsealed
- Any parcels sent back without an official return authorization
Non-Delivery Claims
If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please get in touch with our customer care at supporteverstride@gmail.com. We will coordinate with the logistics provider to trace your shipment. If the courier confirms it is lost, you will be eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
Return Address
The correct return facility address will be provided individually within your return authorization email. Please do not send your order back to the fulfillment address listed on the package label.
